more?

2. What steps do I have to go through to be approved to rent one of the available
properties?
You will need to fill out a credit application and background check form, both of
which will be provided to you after you have seen a property you are interested
in renting.
3. I am a property owner who owns a house in the Greensboro area. How can DSH
International help me find a tenant for my vacant property?
DSH International provides the link between property owners and renters. We
have numerous contacts in the realty industry in the Greensboro area, as well as
with large multinational companies. Our company has built up a large network
over a period of time which provides the bridge between property owners and
renters.
4. In what areas of Greensboro are the properties located?
Properties are located within the greater Greensboro area, including Adams Farm,
Summerfield, Old Irving Park, New Irving Park, Oak Ridge, and Lake Jeanette, to
name a few.
5. What is the average square footage and monthly rental price for the rental
properties?
The square footage and monthly rental really depends on what we have available.

6. Is it possible to get a 1-year lease rather than a long-term lease?
Yes, it is possible to get a 1-year lease- although we do normally prefer a longer
lease for our properties.
7. What sets DSH International apart from other companies that provide property
rental services?
Our excellent knowledge of the Greensboro area and personalized service from
